Endorphin 300 Series Tabletop Platform Resistance System E4 is excellent for upper extremity muscle conditioning and cardiovascular exercise. Comes standard with electronic pulse meter that measures pulse, time, distance, calories, speed, heart rate and an adjustable chest pad that stabilizes patient.

Displays: Eight fulfilling workout programs displayed on a large LED matrix display monitor. Sessions range from hill climbs to automatically controlled target heart rate programs to a manual select mode. The electronic monitor displays pulse, time, distance, speed, calories, and heart rate.

Ches Pad: Body stabilizing chest support pad adjusts to a vertical or horizontal position for maximum comfort and has a 7" range of motions.

Handles: Ergonomically designed hand grips are included offering 3 preset hand positions at at 22º, 45º and 90º. The various angles isolate different muscle groups in the shoulder, arm and wrist. This allows the user to actually work three different parts of the upper body, making the workout session more effective.

Power: Requires power outlet (120V) for 6VDC computer and servo power supply.

Flywheel: Bi-directional flywheel on the E1 allows the user to exercise eight resistance in both the forward and reverse directions.

Displays: Equipped with a multi-function electronic pulse meter, which reads distance, time speed, calories, and pulse.

Resistance: Adjustable magnetic resistance features 8 increments level positions, which allows the user to have consistent resistance changes.

Chest Pad: Body stabilizing chest support pad adjusts to a vertical or horizontal position for maximum comfort and has a 7" range of motion.

Handles: Comfort grip handles are provided to allow the user to rotate his arms forward and reverse.
