Comprised of a full-feature Carrie Seat and a lightweight, folding stroller base that conveniently goes where you go for maximum mobility indoors or out. The Carrie Seat removes for use as a positioning chair at home or school and includes an adjustable tray and footrest. The Rover Stroller Base can also be purchased separately.

The Carrie Rover Base features:
- Front swivel casters for maneuverability;
- Oversized pneumatic rear tires for a smooth ride;
- Junior size folds to a compact 12 1/2" x 24" x 30" and Junior size 12 1/2" x 24" x 30" for storage in tight spaces when not in use.

The Carrie Rover has been dynamically crash-tested for use on school buses with standard forward-facing, tie-down systems.
