Sammons Preston Rolyan® Patellar Knee Support is made from Enlightened Rubber™. This is an excellent choice for individuals who seek an alternative to products containing neoprene. Made of dry natural rubber with a flame-laminated nylon coating, this innovative lightweight material features a two-stretch fabric for excellent compression. It allows more air to reach the skin for greater comfort, while raising skin and soft tissue temperatures a therapeutic 10-12 deg. Allows perspiration to evaporate for enhanced comfort and stability. Many clients prefer products made of Enlightened Rubber material, because it contains none of the chemicals or adhesives that are the main cause of contact dermatitis or allergic reactions in neoprene. Washable. Contains latex and natural rubber.
