AnkleTough® Rehab System - Strengthen/Condition Ankles or Rehab Ankle Injuries
An easy-to-follow, effective ankle rehab/strengthening program, AnkleTough offers a system of progressive resistance which can be customized to fit the needs of a variety of patients. AnkleTough is ideal for performing such ankle exercises as eversion and dorsiflexion.

When utilized in an ankle rehab program, AnkleTough strengthens ankles injured by sprains, fractures, tendon ruptures, and tendinitis. Additionally, using the AnkleTough system can help prevent the recurrence of ankle injuries by strengthening and conditioning the surrounding ankle muscles and tendons.

The AnkleTough Ankle Rehabilitation System is convenient and easy-to-use at home to strengthen the ankle’s muscles and tendons especially after ankle sprains.

The AnkleTough system is comprised of color-coded resistive tension straps in four strengths (light/white, medium/yellow, strong/red, and tough/blue). Available in the original system pack (one each of four straps plus an exercise instruction guide).
