Rolyan San-Splint® Splinting Material
Handling Characteristics:
Rubber-based isoprene material provides a high degree of control.
• Can be worked aggressively without fingerprinting.
• Excellent rigidity without reinforcement.
• Can be softened in a hot air oven as well as in hot water.
Heat in oven at 175°F (80°C) for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Edges trim easily.
• Latex free.

Bond-ability:
• Bonds permanently when heated surfaces are pinched together (not coated, giving the fabricator an “extra pair of hands”).

Recommended Uses:
• Ideal for medium to large splints
• Spasticity splints
• Functional position splints
• Resting mitt splints
• Back supports
• Body jackets • Shoe orthotics
