The WEST-D provides an evaluation range from reduced tactile sensation on the face all the way up to loss of protective sensation of the foot. It makes an ideal instrument for those who must test tactile sensation at various locations. WEST-D monofilaments are calibrated for 0.025, 0.07, 2, and 10 grams of force. The WEST-D comes with a manual, soft case and clicker to mark the interval of potential stimulation
