About the Product
Power Pacing is one of the most popular programs in today’s fitness
industry. The benefits of this type of indoor cycling to overall
conditioning and cardiovascular endurance make it one of the best
exercise options available to serious fitness enthusiasts. Because
Power Pacing is both aerobic and anaerobic, many experts believe it is
the ultimate workout. Here is your chance to learn all about this
combination of athletic racing, strength training, rhythmic movements,
and visualization.
Power Pacing for Indoor Cycling is the first book available on
group indoor cycling and gives you step-by-step instructions on how you
can benefit from these nonimpact, full-body workouts. Choose from 11
workouts and 30 drills that vary in intensity and are based on your
personal fitness goals. Throughout the book you will find exercise
instruction, motivational tips, and sample programs based on real-life
experiences from highly acclaimed instructors.
The book features 113 photos showing you safe and correct cycling
techniques to maximize endurance gains. You will also learn 48 strength
exercises specially designed for indoor cycling to give you a full-body
workout and overall conditioning. Furthermore, the book covers
mind-body training and visualization, a combination unique to Power
Pacing since most other fitness trends tend to fail to keep the body
and mind inspired.
Whether you’re looking for a great new way to stay in shape, cycle
year-round, or just want to add a little variety to your workouts, Power Pacing for Indoor Cycling has all the information you need. Use it to create a custom fitness program tailored to your individual needs.
