This PolyMem formulation is especially designed for cavity wounds. Wic expands within the wound cavity to fill dead space keeping the wound bed clean and moisturized while absorbing excess fluid. Wic does not fragment or adhere to the wound bed reducing dressing change discomfort to the patient.
