The Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint.

This Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint is Perforated, size Medium 3"–4 ", White in color.

The Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint can be fabricated on volar or dorsal surface. Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint gives complete palmar arch support and provides easy outrigger attachment on lateral border.

The Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint pre-cuts plus version offers 2% perforation on proximal end to reduce accumulation of perspiration. Wrist area is solid material to maintain stability.

Pre-Cut Sizing

Our Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint pre-cut splint blanks are ready to heat and mold on patients. Invert the Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint pre-cut form for right or left hand application.

To determine the size of the Polyform® Radial Bar Wrist Cock-Up Splint, measure across the second MCP to fifth MCP.
