The Polyform® Perforated Thumb Hole Wrist Cock-Up Splint.
This Polyform® Perforated Thumb Hole Wrist Cock-Up Splint PreCut Plus version has an oval Thumbhole for more ease when fitting. Perforation in proximal part of Polyform® Perforated Thumb Hole Wrist Cock-Up Splint increases wearing comfort while solid area at wrist helps maintain strength of splint where it is most needed. Use Polyform® Perforated Thumb Hole Wrist Cock-Up Splint for dynamic splinting and carpal tunnel syndrome to help decrease pain and or correct deformity.

Pre-Cut Sizing

The Polyform® Perforated Thumb Hole Wrist Cock-Up Splints pre-cut splint blanks are ready to heat and mold on patients. Invert the Polyform® Perforated Thumb Hole Wrist Cock-Up Splint pre-cut form for right or left hand application.

To determine the size of the Polyform® Perforated Thumb Hole Wrist Cock-Up Splint, measure across the second MCP to fifth MCP.
