Consists of a 43 1/2" x 26" figure-8 shoulder exercise board, a hand skate and a resistance system. The special black surface reduces the sound of the skate, which has quiet ball casters and a molded hand piece with fastening strap. Weight system fastens to provide resistance in any direction and in the specific amount needed. Latex free.
