Exercise Ball Exercise Ball
Exercise Balls are used to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and even just for fun. The balls are color coded according to their size. CanDo Exercise Balls are used by pediatric and NDT therapy as an aid for vestibular movement and equilibrium therapy, by fitness professionals as an aid for stretching and strength programs, and even by pregnant women in birthing classes and by people with bad backs.The CanDo Exercise Balls have a non-slip PVC vinyl surface that is ribbed for extra security. CanDo Exercise Balls can support up to 600 Lbs.
TIPS FOR PROPER INFLATION
Make sure ball is at room temperature. Use any manual pump or air compressor, which will pump high volumes of air at low pressure. Bicycle pumps are usually not forceful enough to fill the ball.
Inflate ball to 80% of the size (from floor to top of the ball) printed on the ball. Insert the plug and leave the ball for at least 24 hours to allow the material to adapt to the expansion.
Slowly inflate the ball to the optimum size printed on the ball.
The YELLOW (18") CanDo Exercise Ball IS RECOMMENDED for individuals under 4'7" tall.
