Dyna-Disc Balance Discs are stabilization and upper and lower body balance training devices. Dyna-Disc Balance Discs can be used to sit on to reduce back pain. Each 14" diameter disc varies in width from 1"-2".

While seated on a Dyna-Disc, the user can experience many of the benefits of a gymball for exercises for lower back, pelvic stabilization, abdomen and weight shift.

Dyna-Disc Balance Discs can be used with Dyna-Board Balance Boards to enhance the movements: use one under a board for wobble exercises, or use two for rocker exercises.

Inflate with standard ball needle and pump to desired shape. Includes instructions sheet. Ships inflated.
