WalSlide™ Adjustable Exercise Station. Makes using resistive band and tubing exercising easier than ever! Add versatility to your resistive exercise workout regime with the WalSlide™ Adjustable Exercise gym. Easy assembly, simple to use, takes up very little space. Perfect for the physical therapy clinic, fitness center, home gym, rehab center, and anywhere else resistive exercise bands are used.

Attach to wall surface. To use, simply (1) slide the snap hook to the appropriate height level, (2) open the snap, (3) attach the resistive band or tubing and exercise. The snap hook slides seamlessly to any height up and down the center groove of the WalSlide™.

Vary resistance level of band and tubing exercises by changing length of band/tubing or by changing the color of the band or tubing in use. Shortening piece (or gripping closer to unit) adds resistance, while lengthening subtracts resistance. If used with Cando® band or Thera-Band®, the color coded resistance sequence of like sized pieces from lightest to heaviest is as follows: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold.

Optional Features:
Overhead pull down exercises can be performed using the optional overhead section. This section can be positioned at any height along the WalSlide™ and any distance (up to 2 feet) from the WalSlide™. Fully adjustable band/tubing anchor comes standard with both the vertical and horizontal sections. Add additional moving anchors to pull from different starting positions at the same time.

Use optional pulley attachment system to perform shoulder stretching and range-of-motion enhancing exercises. Pulley system attaches to overhead piece of WalSlide™ and consists of a pulley with heavy duty rope and comfortable handle grips.

WalSlide™ Complete Set comes with top overhead section, wall piece, sliding anchors for both top and wall pieces. Sliding attachment mechanism allows overhead section to vary in height.

NOTE: Hardware to attach to wall not included.
