B.A.S.E Training (Balance and Stability Exercise) provides an overview of a physical activity program that can limit or halt the periodic balance depletion that individuals typically experience as they age. Based on a class format that emphasizes the development of dynamic flexibility and muscular fitness, the program features a progressive series of exercises designed to improve both balance and muscular endurance. Among the topics covered: discussion/overview, progressions, workout, floor work, and full-body stretches. Produced in cooperation with IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
