This is the Aquaplast®-T Hand-Based Thumb Spica Splint, Size Small, White in color, OptiPerf™ 1/16", Package of 3.

The Aquaplast®-T Gauntlet Thumb Spica Splint is designed to immobilize the thumb MCP joint, to treat arthritis or tenosynovitis. Solid edges to facilitate edge-finishing.

To determine size: Measure across the dorsal surface of the MCP joints including the soft tissue. Invert the pre-cut form for right or left hand application.
