Aircast Cryo/Cuff™ Ankle Cuff
Aircast Cryo/Cuff™ Ankle Cuff applies safe compression to minimize hemarthrosis and swelling, and cold to minimize pain. Great for cold and compression therapy applied in the clinic, on the athletic field or at home. The Aircast Cryo/Cuff system consists of three parts: a cuff that covers the specific body part with pressurized ice water, a cooler that holds enough water and ice for 6 to 8 hours of cryotherapy, and a tube that exchanges the water between the cooler and cuff. Fill the cooler with water and ice, and secure the cuff. Elevating the cooler then forces cold water into the cuff and compresses the affected area. Compression is controlled by gravity and is proportional to the elevation of the cooler. All cuffs are one size fits all, except for the knee cuff. Nylon and vinyl construction. All parts sold separately.
