Submitting your prescription

On our site you will find products marked with the RX sign. Those are products that by law cannot be sold without a valid prescription. If you wish to purchase an RX item you have to see your doctor first and obtain a prescription.

 

You can purchase, or save in your Favorites list an RX item the same way as all other items. For instance: in order to purchase an RX item you have to place it first in your Shopping cart and press "checkout" button (for details go to How to order page). However, the system will recognize that you have an RX item in your Shopping cart and will offer you the following options:

 

You can mail (fax) your prescription to WisdomKing.com

Your doctor can mail (fax), your prescription to WisdomKing.com

WisdomKing.com can contact your doctor directly

Once you make your choice you can proceed with your order. At the end you will be able to print a copy of your Sales order for your records. If you don't wish to print your order at this time, you always can print it later out of your Invoice history file.

Note:

If you chose one of the first two options:

1. We will not ship out your order until we receive your prescription.
2. If we do not receive your prescription within 10 business days your order will be canceled.

Tip:

If you have in your Shopping cart a combination of prescription and non-prescription items it is a good idea to separate them in two different orders (the system will let you do this just before the final order confirmation). This way you will avoid delay in delivery of the items that do not need a prescription.

WisdomKing.com will verify prescriptions, as we deem necessary according to the law, by contacting your doctor's office.
