Paying by credit card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

 

To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.

Paying by check or money order

Currently we are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or personal checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. All checks or money orders have to be denominated in U.S. dollars.

 

To pay by check or money order, simply select option "pay by check/money order" on your order form. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be provided with a Sales order, which you will be able to print. Please put your Sales order number on your check or money order. Make the check payable to WisdomKing.com and mail to the following address:

Please do not forget to write your sales order number on the check. You always can get the number of your order by going to Order status page.

 

Notes:

1. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment within 10 business days.
2. Paying by personal check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. Paying by check typically delays your order two to three weeks.
3. You can check if we have received your payment and started processing your order by going to Order status page.

Purchase orders

WisdomKing.com doesn't work with Purchase Orders but we have a solution: You can enter your order in our easy ordering system and during the ordering procedure when approached by the system pick for payment "check" you will be able to finish your order and get all the details including total price, shipping and sales tax (if applicable), instructions how to prepare the check, where to mail it, etc. Upon completion of your order print the order confirmation page and handle it to your financial department to mail the check. Note: You can do all this before you talk to your financial department about the payment, and you won't have any obligations to WisdomKing.com by doing this. We won't do anything with your order anyway until we receive the check, if we don't receive your check within 15 business days we will cancel your order.

Insurance plans

WisdomKing.com does not bill third parties, in other words we do not accept any private insurance plan, Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-cal). WisdomKing.com accepts cash only.

 

Why should I pay cash for a product that might be covered by my insurance company?

 

Reason 1: In many cases you will have less out of pocket expenses. Through many years experience our management team is convinced that dealing with insurance plans is a very costly and frustrating process, which inflates the price of the product dramatically. In order to cover their additional expenses, suppliers who bill insurance companies must increase the price of the product 3 to 10 times (depending on the dollar amount). Here are some of those additional expenses: endless benefit verification and authorization phone calls and faxes, tremendous amount of paperwork, complicated billing process which requires special skills and training, denial of payment for any reason, reimbursements that take months to get, office staff working on claims for months, etc. Most insurance plans (including Medicare) have co-pay or/and deductible amount what is a percent of the total billed amount (or from the artificially inflated price of the product). In most cases patients finish with higher out-of-pocket expenses comparing to what they would pay for the same product when purchasing directly from WisdomKing.com.

NOTE: Recently in order to save money most insurance companies, including Medicare will reimburse their customers for cash paid products however, we strongly recommend that you talk to your insurance representative before placing any order with us.

 

Hints:

Our system allows you to print an invoice at any time out of your Invoice history file. You may use your invoice for the following purposes:

1. Some insurance companies reimburse their customers for medical expenses, or they agree to apply the expense toward the deductible amount based on the invoice. Check with your insurance plan administrator and don't be shy - you are saving to your insurance company at least 3 times the price they would pay to their providers for the same product!
2. Most of medical expenses qualify for income tax deduction. Check with your tax adviser.

Reason 2: Better quality product. When your insurance company is buying for you, it shops for price and not for quality. The product that you get is the least expensive one available on the market, definitely not the best quality, and very often not even the brand prescribed by your doctor. When you have a problem with the product you have no idea who to call.

When you shop for yourself you buy the product that you like the most, and which is most suitable for your needs. You know exactly who you deal with, what to expect and who to call if you encounter problems or difficulties with the product.

 

Reason 3: Timing. When you pay by credit card in most cases your order is shipped out immediately. Insurance benefit verification may take over a week.
