Pricing, Payment, Insurances

In order to keep our prices as low as possible WisdomKing.com does not accept any insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-cal). We accept only cash (credit cards, personal checks and money orders). We at WisdomKing.com are convinced that almost day-to-day increase in prices of health products and services is a result of high administrative expenses and because of this reason we believe in the future of cash for health care. Most of the products that we offer are priced less then, what your co-pay, or deductible amount would be if the same products were purchased through your insurance company. Shipping, Delivery time

At this time we can ship to street addresses within the 48 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Since in most cases our carriers require adult signature on delivery we do not deliver to PO BOX or APO/FPO Military addresses. Place an order

Ordering at WisdomKing.com is fast and secure. Just follow these five simple steps to place your order:

 

• To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add to Shopping cart button underthe the item description. You can add to your Shopping cart as many items as you want. For your convenience a short version of your Shopping cart will appear on the left panel of most WisdomKing.com pages.
• When you're finished shopping, you can click the View Shopping cart button on the left panel in order to organize your purchases.
• Next, click the Checkout button and fill the consecutive forms that will appear. You will have the option to chose payment method (credit card or check) and shipping method. When you get to the Sales order form click the button which reads Confirm and you're officially done!

Note: If you chose to pay by check or money order your order will be put on hold until your check arrives.

 

An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again when you order again. For more information go to How to order page.

Order status

You can check the status of your order at any time by going to Order Status page. To get there you have to click on Your account button, located on the left panel and after Login to click on Order Status button. All your orders will be listed there. Next, click on the order number that you wish to check the status on. Out of your order you can see:

• If we shipped all of your items (an invoice will be displayed next to the order) or we are still working on it;
• If any item was placed on back-order;
• if we received your payment (for orders paid by check);
• if we received your prescription (for purchase of prescription items)

You will have the opportunity to cancel back-ordered items or prescription items holding your entire order. For more details please go to Order Status page.

Security and Privacy
