Barbara, My friend has been trying to get these for over 6 months from the local DME (Medical Arts) and they were proving to be less than helpful...On your suggestion, I contacted Wisdomking.com looking for the product and found the pump but not the sleeves. I called them and they walked me through the web pages and directed me straight to the product, which I immediately ordered. WisdomKing was very helpful and more than just courteous. Again thank you for your assistance and direction. It was indeed a welcome change from the previous attempts with Medical Arts.

I do a lot of online shopping. When working with your site, I made a mistake in the entering of my order. I sent off an email to your Customer Service address and received a response/resolution within 5 minutes. That kind of service is outstanding and is certainly not the norm that customers expect.
