Order Cancellation

If your order has not being shipped yet (including temporally out of stock products) it could be canceled without any fees.
Custom made products, which need time to built, could also be canceled before being shipped, however a cancellation fee of up to 25% may be charged.
All canceled orders not shipped but the credit card was already charged will be charged 20.00 dollars or 5% of the total invoice amount, whichever is greater.

IMPORTANT: As many emails are blocked by anti spam filters your order is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation message!! If you don't receive a confirmation message within 2 business hours most likely your email didn't reach us and you should cancel by calling toll free at 877-931-9693 during the business hours.
